Welcome to The Stable Yard and Silos at Iron Pear Tree Farm. This family run farm stay celebrates our beautifully restored 1860's farm buildings that have been lovingly brought back to life.
The Stables, which can sleep up to six, each come with their own modern bathroom and kitchens, living areas and spacious bedrooms. They are located within a private area of the farm and have use of our cosy barn area, outside seating, BBQ, relaxing facilities & country walks.
The Silos both sleep 2 and each come with their own private enclosed garden space, wood fired hot tub, sauna and fire pit. With beautiful wooden clad interior and split level bedroom, it is impossible not to enjoy the view out across the countryside.
The Horsebox sleeps 2 and is nestled between our woodland and wild flower meadow. Fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom it provides a unique getaway, surrounded by nature, but with the added bonus of home comforts. Inside you will find a wood burner for those cosy nights and outside, seating with fire pit & wood fired bath tub.
The Cartlodge sleeps 2 with the addition of up to 2 children under 3 years. This beautiful barn once housed the original working carts pulled by the horses that worked the land. Full of original features, it boasts hight ceilings and stunning beams complimented by modern décor and facilities.
The Brambles sleeps 2 with the addition of up to 2 children under 5 years. This stunning wagon has been beautifully converted and has a modern country style with views out across the farm, log burner and private garden with seating and firepit.
When you arrive, you can expect a Welcome hamper packed with goodies, as well as complimentary toiletries to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
We are a working farm so there will be a few animal friends here and there, so dogs are very welcome.
Prices are £300 per night for our Stables, £150 per night for our Silos, £125 for our Horsebox, £120 for The Brambles & £110 for The Cartlodge inclusive of all our facilities, parking and welcome hamper. We also offer a range of discounts throughout the year, so please ask for details.
