Booking:
Our booking policies are as follows:
To secure dates we take a 20% non-refundable deposit (free cancellation within the first 24 hours of booking.) and then the balance is paid 14 days before your stay.
Once you have confirmed that you would like to book, or reserved your stay via our instant book facility, I will send you an invoice with details of your stay and payment details.
I will then send confirmation of deposit payment and contact you again 14 days before the date of your stay for the balance.
Of course if you need anything between booking and your stay please do not hesitate to contact us!
Cancellation:
Our cancellation Policies are as follows:
The deposit you pay at time of booking to secure your dates is a 20% non-refundable one. However, you are able to have this returned to you if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
In the event that we are forced to close and/or are unable to honour your booking, you will get any monies paid at time of cancellation returned to you. We are also happy to consider, where possible, moving bookings to future dates.
If you need to cancel your booking 14 days or less before your date of stay, you will not be eligable for a refund.
